All orders are printed to order and shipped from my studio in Czech Republic, Europe.
I ship worldwide and the shipping costs are the same worldwide.
Normally, standard postal service is used (means that your national postal service will be delivering the package).
PROCESSING TIME
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2-5 working days. Sculptures may take longer due to the complicated woodworking and hand painting process. If you need it to be shipped ASAP, please let me know before ordering, there is always some solution possible.
SHIPPING PRICE AND DELIVERY TIMES
Standard worldwide shipping is just USD 10
- Europe - 5 days up to several weeks depending on the local postal service
- USA - Usually around 2 weeks
- Canada - 2-3 weeks
- AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND - 2-4 weeks

JAPAN and SOUTH KOREA - 2-3 weeks
Please bear in mind, that seasonal postal delays may occur during busy months.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
I am offering FedEx option for those who need their orders fast - It is usually around 3-8 days, depending on location, it is selectable during the checkout process.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the made to order nature of my art shop, returns can not be accepted.
In case of damage, very long delivery time or lost package caused by the postal service, I will ALWAYS provide you with a FREE replacement piece, just let me know.
